TBB二-10 High Voltage Reactive Power Automatic/0n-site Compensation Device is suitable for automatic tracking and compensation ofreactive power in 220kv, 110kv, 35kv substations, and 35kv, 10kV (6kV) busbars. it is primarily used in 3-35kv three-phase AC powelsystems with sianificant load fluctuations, where centralized compensation cannot meet system requirements, leading to over.compensation or under-compensation issues. This device detects the real-time reactive power required by the system, compares itwith the set value, and performs automatic inteligent switching operations to achieve dynamic balance of the system's reactivepower. This helps improve the power factor, stabilize system voltage, and reduce costs by saving electricity expenses.

1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement diagram, and layout diagram of thedistribution room.
2. Auxiliary circuit wiring diagram, terminal arrangement diagram.
3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of the switchgear, as well as other requirements forl interlocking and automatic devices.
5. If busbar bridge connections are needed between switchgear or incoming cabinets, provide specific requirements such as the rated current of the busbar bridge, span, and height above ground.

Equipped with ZKG or ZGKN controllers, it performs automatic tracking and switching of capacitors and controls on-load tap-
changer for the main transformer, maintaining power factor and system voltage within the set range. It can automatically recognize various operating modes suitable for substations with dual main transformers.
Can flexibly select various working modes for voltage regulation and compensation through remote automatic switching.
Can automatically recognize and display the voltage regulation switchgear position information through BCD code or --. It features two main transformer voltage regulation positions with synchronous adjustment, anti-slip gear, light gas alarm interlock,l and other control protection functions. Real-time display of low-voltage side voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, capacitor switching status, and alarm protection information. It has a harmonic measurement display function to measure and display the high-order harmonic content of the low-voltage side current in real-time. It includes alarm protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, PT disconnection, mechanism failure, and main transformer overcurrent.
Equipped with RS-485 or RS-232 high-speed data communication interfaces, it can cooperate with the substation's comprehensiveautomation system and achieve "four-remote"functions. It uses modular high-voltage vacuum switches dedicated for capacitors, with a single ordinary switchgear housing accommodating up to five units.
Can flexibly group according to the total compensation capacity, with a maximum of 6 groups, each group with a maximum capacity of 2000Kvar/5000Kvar, automatically switching according to the reactive power combination.
Equipped with ZSBH capacitor group microcomputer protection device, which can achieve two-stage overcurrent and zero-
sequence voltage protection functions. When a group fails, it can be automatically disconnected and locked without affecting the normal switching of other capacitor groups.
