Ambient Temperature: -50°C to +40C, with an average temperature not exceeding +36°C within 24 hours.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m.
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40C.
At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Consideration is given to the allowance ofl moderate condensation due to temperature changes. The inclination with the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.
The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration, impact, or corrosion. Note: If the above conditions cannot be met, users with special requirements can negotiate solutions with the company.

The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: the supply power scheme and the power plant scheme.
Main Busbar: For rated currents up to 1500A, a single copper busbar is used.
For rated currents exceeding 1500A, double copper busbars are used.
The busbar joints are treated using a tinning process.

A. GGD cabinets mainly use domestically mass-produced electrical components, such as DW17, D220, DW15, etc. For the cabinet frame circuit breaker, options include DW45, CW1, AE, M, F, and for molded case circuit breakers, options include D2253, TM30, NS, etc.d b. The HD13BX and HS13BX types of rotary-operated knife switches are specially designed components to meet the unique structure requirements of GGD cabinets. They change the operating mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of older products, representing a practical and innovative type of electrical component.
C. If the design department chooses new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, it generally won't cause manufacturing and installation difficulties for GGD cabinets due to their good installation flexibility.
D. To further improve the dynamic stability of the circuit, GGD cabinets use special ZMJ-type composite busbar clamps and insulating supports. The busbar clamps are made of high-strength, flame-retardant PPO composite material, which is thermoplastic molded. The insulating support is a sleeve-type molded structure, with low cost, high strength, solving the defect of insufficient creepage distance in previous products.
