The XGN15-24 Ac high-voltage SF6 ring main unit switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "ring network cabinet"” is a new generation ofhigh-voltage electrical products developed by our company based on advanced foreign technology and in accordance with therequirements of domestic household appliances and city network transformation. After rigorous type testing and long-term trialoperation assessments, all technical performance indicators meet national standards. The main switch, operating mechanism, andcomponents of the unit cabinet use the FLN36-24 $F6 switchgear produced independently by our company, with manual and electricoperation modes.
The switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc plates processed by CNC machine tools and riveted. it has reliable mechanicalinterlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product has significant features such as small size, light weight, beautifulappearance, easy operation, long life, high parameters, no pollution, and low maintenance. lt is widely used in industrial and miningenterprises, high-rise buildings, residential communities, schools, etc, for 24kV power distribution system ring network powersupply and terminal distribution.
The ring main unit switchgear is equipped with SF6 load break switch or SF6 load break switch and fuse combination electricaappliances, which can close and break the rated load current, close the rated short-circuit current, and break the transformer no.oad curent. The combination electrical applances with fuses can break the 31.5kA short-circult current in one operation, playing acontrol and protection role in the power system.

Note: The XGN15-24 single-unit SF6 ring main unit switchgear consists of the following 4 parts: Busbar compartment ② Mainswitch
③ Cable compartment ④Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism, and low-voltage control.
1. Busbar Compartment: The busbar compartment is arranged at the top of the cabinet. In the busbar compartment, the mainbusbars are connected together, spanning the entire row of switchgear.
2. Load Break Switch: The switchgear is equipped with an SF6 load break switch (FLN36 or FLN56). The housing of the load breakswitch is cast with epoxy resin, filled with SF6 gas as insulation medium, and has observation holes on the shell. The switchgearcan be equippedl with an SF6 gas density meter or a gas density monitor with an alarm contact according to customerrequirements.
3. Cable Compartment: The load switchgear has a spacious cable compartment mainly used for cable connections. This allowssingle-corel or three-core cables to be connected with the simplest unshielded cable heads. Adequate space can alsoaccommodate components such as surge arresters, current transformers, and downstream grounding switches. According tostandard design, the cabinet door hasl observation windows and a safety interlock device. The cable compartment floor isequipped with a sealing cover and appropriately sizedl cable clamps with support frames. The cable compartment floor and thedoor frame can be removed for easy cable installation.
4. Operating Mechanism, Interlocking Mechanism, and Low-voltage Control Compartment: The low-voltage compartmentl withinterlocking also serves as a control panel. The low-voltage compartment is equipped with a spring operating mechanism withl aposition indicator and a mechanical interlock device. It can also be equipped with auxiliary contacts, trip coils, emergencyl tripmechanisms, capacitive live displays, key locks, and electric operating devices. The entire upper unit can be replaced.
