KYN28A-24(Z) type removable Ac Melal-clad Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is suitable for power system witha rated voltage of 24kV and a frequency of 50Hz. lt is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprisesand high-rise buildings to receive and distribute network electrical energy and to control, protect, and monitor circuits. Thi!switchgear meets the requirements of standards such as GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear," DL404 "TechnicaSpecifications for indoor Ac Switchgear, and lEC62271-200 "AC Meta-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with RatedVotage above ikV up to 52ky," and it has functions to prevent misoperation of circuit breakers, prevent the handcart from pushing andpuling with the load, prevent the live closing of the grounding switch, prevent the grounding switch from supplying power in thegrounding position, and prevent accidental entry into live intervals (referred to as the "Five Protections").

The switchgear consists of a fixed cabinet and a removable part (referred to as a handcart). The outer shell of the switchgear and the partition of each functional unit are made of 2mm aluminum-zinc-plated aluminum sheets imported from abroad. The protection level of the switchgear outer shell is IP4X. The protection level when the circuit breaker room door is open is IP2X.
The KYN28A-24(Z) switchgear can be equipped with VD4-24, VS1-24, and other models of vacuum circuit breaker handcart. Theswitchgear can be installed as a double cabinet side by side, ie., installed as a back-to-back or face-to-face double-row arrangement.
